Explore old farmhouses at the Salzburg Open-Air Museum, marvel at the simple life of days gone by, and enjoy the charming natural landscape at the foot of the legendary Untersberg. Take the museum train through large parts of the 50-hectare museum grounds. Afterward, the journey continues to the Stiegl-Brauwelt.

Want to explore Salzburg’s Old Town and enjoy a realxing beer? Then you’ve come to the right place!

Let our certified city guide Markus take you on a journey through Salzburg’s beer history and experience the breathtaking Barque city up close. Afterward, the guide will accompany you to the Stiegl-Brauwelt, where our menu tempts you with hearty traditional dishes.

After the lunch break, the tour continues with a comprehensive guided tour of the museum and the production facilities at the Stiegl Brewery, including a refreshing beer tasting. You’re welcome to round the day after the tour with a glass of our house beer at the Brauwelt.

With the Stiegl Gourmet Tour, we offer a unique experience. Through fascinating stories about this cultural beverage and tastings of exlusive national and international beer specialities, we invite our guests to delve into the world of beer.

No prior knowledge is required! The program is tailored to each group, and you are welcome to discuss your interests with the beer sommelier in advance or on-site at short notice.

The absolute highlight of the tour is a visit to our tasting cellar, where you’ll sample international beer specialties—guided by our beer sommelier and paired with complementary food.

Bachelor Party Package

Join a beer-themed city tour led by a humorous guide and beer sommelier who will introduce you to Salzburg’s Old Town and its brewing traditions—including special surprises for bachelor and bachelorette parties.

Afterward, the guide will take you by bus to the Stiegl Brauwelt, where a hearty lunch (Stiegl Brat’l or Kasnocken) awaits you. This is followed by an exciting tour of the brewery, including three beer tastings.

To wrap things up, you can tap your own beer at the beer fountain (if the weather is nice) or at the wooden barrel (if the weather is bad). If you’d like, you can end the day relaxing at the Brauwelt.
