Sustainability

For the sake of the environment

Sustainability plays a huge role for us, which is why we work with regional products in our kitchens and use our own home-grown vegetables and herbs from our garden – because, ultimately, that’s what tastes the best.

In addition, we’re a member of Too Good To Go and thus prevent food waste in our gastronomic activities. Moreover, we are proud to hold the eco-label Umweltzeichen and provide e-cars and e-bikes at our e-charging station at Brauwelt-parking lot.

As a brewery, we are directly dependent on a clean,
sound environment since the quality of our beers is ultimately
dependent on these things. Respectful treatmen
of natural resources is our top priority.

— Christian Pöpperl, Stiegl director —
