In our stylish brewery restaurant, the Paracelsusstube, we offer not only traditional Austrian dishes but also daily specials created according to the “nose-to-tail” philosophy.
The aromatic herbs used in our dishes come from the Stiegl-Brauwelt’s own garden, and many of the premium ingredients—such as Pinzgau beef—are sourced from our own organic farm, the Stiegl-Gut Wildshut. We use whatever nature and the season have to offer.

And as befits a “true” brewery restaurant, the certified beer sommeliers at Stiegl-Brauwelt recommend the perfect beer pairing for each selected dish.
