Brewery Vault
The Brewery Vault is the heart of the Stiegl Stages
In this old brick vault in Salzburg, barley was once laid out to germinate; today, it’s the perfect setting for evening celebrations.
Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or gala dinner – our sales team will assist you in planning every event in our brewery vault – a unique Salzburg setting that’s perfect for any occasion!

Paracelsusstube
In our stylish brewery restaurant, the Paracelsusstube, we offer not only traditional Austrian dishes but also daily specials created according to the “nose-to-tail” philosophy.
The aromatic herbs used in our dishes come from the Stiegl-Brauwelt’s own garden, and many of the premium ingredients – such as Pinzgau beef – are sourced from our own organic farm, the Stiegl-Gut Wildshut. We use whatever nature and the season have to offer.
And as befits a “true” brewery restaurant, the certified beer sommeliers at Stiegl-Brauwelt recommend the perfect beer pairing for each selected dish.

Brewpub
