Would you like some typical Austrian specialties? At the affectionately designed Paracelsusstube, the exclusive Stiegl-Brauwelt restaurant, seasonally creative interpretations of fresh home-cooking classics are prepared and – when suitable – refined with fresh Stiegl beers. The savory herbs come from our own garden, and many other fine ingredients – such as Pinzgau beef – are delivered from our own organic farm, Stiegl-Gut Wildshut. We work with what nature and the seasons provide. Included are also many rarities that can be hard to find anywhere else. And as is fitting for a genuine brewery restaurant, certified beer sommeliers recommend the suitable beer for the chosen food and also guide you through the diverse world of enjoying beer. If you would like, you can order the gastronomic beer menu in advance.
