Wheter as an individual guest on one of our regular tours or as an exklusive group in your own language (bookable for groups of 20 or more) – experience firsthand how our Stiegl beer is made.
A standard tour lasts approximately 1.5 hours, including a tasting of three different beers.
Our museum is not wheelchair accessible.

Guided tour
The tour beginns at the beer museum, where you’ll learn all about the history of the Stiegl brewery.
First, you’ll enjoy a multimedia experience in the 270° cinema, then you’ll head to the in-house brewery, where you can watch the creative brewers at work.
The tour concludes at the production facility. Here, you can tour the modern brewhouse and the bottling plant. During the brewery tour, you’ll also geht to enjoy a tasting of three different Stiegl beers.
The production facilites is only operational Monday through Thursday. From Friday through Sunday, it can be toured while it is not in operation.

Student Program
Join your students for an informative and entertaining experience at Stiegl-Brauwelt! After the brewery tour, the students can take part in a beer quiz.
During the brewery tour, you’ll be treated to a freshly tapped Stiegl beer or a non-alcoholic beverage.

Explore our Beer Museum and let our guide introduce you to the secrets of brewing and the centuries-old history of beer. To get you in the mood, a small Stiegl beer and an oven-fresh pretzel are included in the price as an aperitif.

Stiegl Scavenger Hunt
The Stiegl Scavenger Hunt by Scavenger Escape is a detective game in which players search the Stiegl museum for the secret recipe of former master brewer Johann Elixhauser.

Discover our fascinating brewery tour in Salzburg by taking a look behind the scenes at the production facilities of Salzburg’s private Brewery. Immerse yourself in our modern brewhouse and bottling hall, where you can experience beer production first hand. Here, you can witness up close how an impressive 90,000 bottles of Stiegl beer are bottled every hour.
